Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Thanks for purchasing our services! If you are not satisfied with the services that you have purchased from us, contact us within 30 days. We are committed to revising, repairing, or reworking the original service agreement until our customers are satisfied. After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a revised work statement or refund. Additionally, a processing fee of 8% will be deducted from all debit or credit card refunds, regardless. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business, we typically cannot accept returns of installed material. If a replacement is needed for an installed component due to circumstances outside of your control, contact, and we will be happy to assess the feasibility of a return or replacement.

CAncellations

You have the right to cancel your order for services within 7-days of our service agreement. To cancel your services, you must inform us of your decision. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 7-day period has expired.
